Jeep’s first electric SUV is ready for Italy:

The engine of the electric version of the Renegade is developed by Emotors, a joint venture between Stellantis and Nidec Leroy-Somer Holding, and boasts 115 kW of power (156 HP) and 260 Nm of maximum torque. Maximum speed of 150 kilometers per hour. Alongside the electric version is the 1.2 petrol version, with 101 bhp of power and a top speed of 185 kilometers per hour.

The performance in terms of autonomy is very interesting: thanks to a 54 kWh battery, the electric version of the Jeep Avenger is credited with a range of 400 km in the WLTP cycle and more than 550 km in the city. Thanks to the fast recharge, then, it promises 30 km of travel with a recharge of just three minutes.

Within the Jeep range, the Avenger ranks immediately below the Renegade. This is also testified by the dimensions, given that Avenger is 4.08 meters long.

The Avenger is also the first front-wheel drive Jeep vehicle equipped as standard with Selec-Terrain and Hill Descent Control functions.the traction control systems depending on the terrain and help in facing a descent.

In closing, a complete series of driving assistance functions stands out which, in the electric version, guarantee level 2 driving autonomy and a completely digital and connected on-board experience, thanks also to the Uconnect services.

Finally, take a look at the price lists: Jeep offers the electric version of the Avenger in four different versions: the BEV, which starts at 35,400 euros, the BEV Longitude which starts at 37,900 euros, the BEV Altitude which starts at 39,900 euros and the more equipped Summit starting from 42,900 euros. On all versions, however, it is possible to apply the incentive of up to 5,000 euros provided for by the Ecobonus.
