Joan Mir Threatens To Leave Suzuki: I Want To Be With A Hungry Team

KEBUMEN TALK – Joan Mir like it or not, you have to be willing to let go of the world title MotoGP 2021 into the hands of Monster Energy racers Yamaha, Fabio Quartararo.

Despite appearing quite competitive by winning six podiums, Mir failed to gain a single win in the 18 series held in Jakarta MotoGP this season.

His best achievement this season is the two podium finishes he got in the Styria GP (Austria) and the Algarve GP (Portugal).

To Motosan.es, Joan Mir recently talked about its third season on MotoGP, which in fact he admits isn’t too bad.

“We had a good season, we can’t say it was bad because we were finish third (in the final drivers standings),” said Joan Mir, quoted KebumenTalk.com from Tuttomotoriweb.it.

But personally Mir admitted that he was disappointed because he couldn’t win a single race at the time MotoGP this season.

“I love to win and not being able to do it is pretty hard to accept,” he admits.

You could say Joar Mir’s defeat in the struggle title world champion this season is not because of mistakes or poor performance, but because of the bike Suzuki which lags far behind in terms of development compared to other manufacturers.
