There is no requirement for a face mask while sitting at a table at a restaurant.
Organized sports and leisure activities
Leisure activities should be carried out outdoors as far as possible.
Children and young people under the age of 20:
Outdoor activities can be carried out as normal
Recommended group size indoors about 20 people or by class / cohort
Indoor activity can be carried out with contact where necessary
Adults over 20 years:
Indoors, a maximum of 20 people and a distance of 1 meter is recommended. During intensive training, it should be arranged for a distance of 2 meters
Adults can exercise outdoors as usual, with contact where necessary
Top sports can be carried out as normal with infection control measures.
Kindergartens, schools and SFO
No longer regulated national measure level for yellow in kindergartens, primary and lower secondary schools and after-school clubs.
No longer regulated national action level on red in upper secondary schools
Continued requirements for infection control sound operation
National recommendation for a yellow level in kindergartens and primary and lower secondary schools where the infection situation locally indicates so, but the municipalities must make their own assessments according to the local situation.
National recommendation for a green level in upper secondary schools and in adult education, but the municipalities must make their own assessments according to the local situation.
Regular testing in schools and kindergartens will be used to a greater extent in areas with high infection pressure.
The municipalities are asked to follow the development in the infection situation and adjust the level of measures in line with the development. Kindergartens and schools must be prepared for a rapid transition to a stricter level of measures.
Continued requirements for infection control sound operation
Colleges, universities and vocational colleges are recommended to facilitate more physical education.
Subject to general infection control advice being followed: aeration, distance and being at home in case of symptoms.
Provided that there is sufficient access to tests, it is recommended to facilitate regular testing of students. Tests should be handed out to students and there should be easy access to tests on campus.
Smaller groups / problem solving / seminars in classrooms should be limited to a maximum of 30 people with a distance of 1 meter. The distance recommendation can be deviated from where it is necessary for the implementation of the teaching.
For teaching in a larger auditorium, the number limit for public events with fixed allocated seats applies, and the requirements for infection control-sound operation.
Order that employers ensure that employees work from home if this is practically possible and does not hinder important and necessary activities in the workplace, including activities to take care of children and vulnerable groups.
Home offices and face masks do not apply to services where this prevents employees from performing necessary and statutory tasks in meetings with vulnerable groups and children and young people.
Recommendation of 1 meter distance
Recommendation for face masks if it is not possible to keep distance, unless physical barriers such as the use of partitions or the like have been used.
Orders to wear face masks apply in some audience-oriented parts of working life. See discussion below under “Mouthpiece”.

Events and gatherings
Requirements are set for infection control, distance and bandages.
Limit social gatherings and events you attend
Private events / gatherings in public place, rented / borrowed premises:
Indoors: Maximum 30 people, maximum 50 people at memorial service.
Outdoors: Max 50 people.

Indoor public events:
Without fixed allotted places: Maximum 30 people.
With fixed allocated places: Max 200 people.

No recommendation to postpone or cancel events indoors related to organized leisure activities that gather children and young people under the age of 20 from different places.
For team sports, only individual matches are recommended, and not tournaments, cups, etc. For individual sports, it is recommended to limit the group size of the competitions.
The athletes and any support staff at indoor public cultural or sports events where children and young people under the age of 20 perform the activity are not included in the total number of people who may be present at the event.
There are exceptions to the distance requirement for athletes at indoor cultural and sports events.
Outdoor events associated with organized cultural, sports and leisure activities for children and young people under 20 can take place without a number limit for the participants and with a necessary number of adults. If there are more than 100 people present, no arrangements shall be made for public areas or the use of indoor facilities with the exception of toilet facilities.

Requirement for a face mask if you can not keep a distance of 1 meter.
In taxis, it is mandatory to use a face mask for both passenger and driver.
Pouring stops from 23.00 in places with a liquor license, and you must stop drinking alcohol at the pouring place no later than 23.30.
Pouring should take place at the tables.
The restaurant shall ensure that everyone can keep a distance of 1 meter to other than household members and similarly close.
Requirements for face masks where it is not possible to hold the meter, except while sitting at the table.
Duty to register guests who agree to it.
Quarantine and testing
Close contacts who are members of the household or equivalent close to the infected person must be in quarantine quarantine for 10 days after the last close contact.
These should be tested as soon as possible with self-tests, antigen rapid tests performed by healthcare professionals or PCR tests. In the event of a negative test result from such a test taken no earlier than 7 days after close contact, the quarantine can be terminated.
The quarantine obligation does not apply to persons who have undergone covid-19 in the last three months.
The quarantine obligation does not apply to persons who received a refresher dose at least 1 week before the close contact, and who test themselves daily with a self-test, antigen rapid test performed by health personnel or every other day with a PCR test for 7 days after the close contact.
In addition, some special exceptions apply to, among other things, key personnel in critical societal functions.
Other close contacts do not have a quarantine obligation, but it is recommended to test 3 days after close contact, and a new test 2 days later (day 5). Pay extra attention to symptoms for 10 days. In case of symptoms: Stay home and test yourself.

Proper operation of infection control means the requirement to ensure that it is possible to keep at least 1 meter away from people who are not in the same household or similarly close, and that the company has developed routines for good hygiene, good cleaning and ventilation.

Fitness centers, swimming pools, water parks, spa facilities, hotel pools, bowling alleys and the like can be open to a maximum of 20 people during indoor group training.
The following businesses must be run securely in order to be open: Libraries, bowling alleys, museums, bingo halls, swimming pools, water parks, spa facilities, hotel pools, fitness centers, shopping centers, shops, trade fairs, temporary markets and the like.
With the exception of libraries, museums, shops and shopping centers, companies must register contact information for those guests who agree to it.
Industry supervisors should be observed for e.g. gyms and swimming pools. In practice, this means that there will be stricter requirements for infection control.

All travelers must in principle register before arrival in Norway.
