Katie Price is reportedly facing an eye-watering £ 20,000 fine, after failing to get planning permission for renovations to her Sussex mansion.
According to The Sun, to source from Horsham Council to claim the star, 41, is 'in trouble' if she failed to submit an application before beginning work on a new gym, a beauty studio and a horse exercise arena in the grounds of her home.
It comes as Katie's 'mucky mansion' has turned into a recent site, as she plans for a big show comeback amid her recent financial woes.

A source from the council said: If she hasn't put in an application before she starts building, she'll be in trouble. '
The publication claims that Katie could face up to £ 20,000 and be ordered to demolish the build if she fails to file the necessary paperwork.
