KPK Confiscates 5 Luxury Cars In Bribery Case Within Supreme Court, There Are Luxury Cars From Ferrari To McLaren

VIVA National – Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has confiscated five mobil luxury associated with bribery case what’s happening in the Scope Supreme Court (MA). The five confiscated cars range from Ferrari until McLaren.

“It’s true (KPK seized five vehicles),” said Head of KPK Reporting Section, Ali Fikri to reporters, Monday 15 May 2023.

The five luxury cars are the Ferrari Type California, metallic red, McLaren, Type MP4-12C 3.8, volcano yellow, Hyundai Type Creta Prime 1.5 AT, Mitsubishi X Pander 15 L Sport 4 X 2, and Toyota Type LC 300 GR- S 4×4 AT.

Ali explained that the five luxury cars were intended for the bribery investigation process within the Supreme Court. “Currently the evidence is being used to develop investigations that are currently being completed by the KPK,” said Ali.

In the bribery case within the Supreme Court, Hasbi Hasan and former Commissioner Wijaya Karya Dadan Tri Yudianto have become the new suspects in the bribery case.

Previously it was reported, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) officially detained Supreme Court Justice Gazalba Saleh who is a suspect in the alleged bribery case handling cases at the Supreme Court (MA) on Thursday 8 December 2022. Gazalba Saleh was allegedly promised to receive SGD 202 thousand or the equivalent of Rp. 2 billion.
