The Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products (AEMPS) has issued an order to withdraw all batches of children’s makeup Martinelia Unicorn Are Real for containing a prohibited dye.

The makeup case in particular has the reference PS//MCH-CM 810/2023 and contains the ColorantCI 45170, which is prohibited in the production of cosmetics. In addition, this product has other colorants that are not properly indicated on the label.

The dye CI 45170 has been detected in the lipsticks by the Pharmaceutical Control and Health Products Service of Catalonia. The dyes CI 19140, CI 42090, CI 15850 and CI 15865 have also been found in the eye shadows.

The agency requests that these products not be used under any circumstances and that all batches be discontinued. Also remember that if you have already purchased one, it can be returned to the store where it was purchased.
