The first tool called FancyZones extends the built-in split-screen mode of Windows 10. This allows you to divide your windows into zones as required. Whether several next to each other, one above the other or even a completely personalized setup, with FancyZones you can create your own layouts. The tool is currently not able to cope with only several screens.
The second tool, the Windows Key Shortcut Guide, becomes active when you hold down the Windows key for more than a second. Windows 10 then shows the currently available keyboard shortcuts in an overlay view. Also included is the PowerRename tool – a batch renaming tool that allows you to rename a large number of files and Windows folders with significantly less effort.
Fans of the Alt + Tab key combination, with which you can quickly scroll through all open windows, should like the Window Walker. The tool is started with Windows key + Ctrl and offers a text-based alternative to Alt + Tab. If you enter “chrome”, the opened Chrome window will be brought to the foreground.
Included in the bundle are also the tools Image Resizer Windows Shell Extension, Markdown Preview Pane Extension, SVG Preview Pane Extension. The former allows you to enlarge and reduce images via the command prompt, the latter two tools expand the Explorer preview by displaying SVG vector files and markdown notes.
