Migrants: Canary Islands, over 700 arrivals in less than three days – Last Hour

(ANSA) – MADRID, SEPTEMBER 27 – Over 700 migrants have arrived in the Canary Islands since Friday evening: this was announced by the regional emergency service of the archipelago in a series of tweets. The landings took place on the islands of Lanzarote, Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura and La Graciosa.

A woman traveling on the last rescued boat was declared dead, according to what was confirmed by the emergency service. His traveling companions (whose number has not been specified) were transported during the night to the port of Arguineguín, on the island of Gran Canaria.
