Mine SOE Holding Company Mind ID Has a New Director

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Mining BUMN holding, Mind.ID has a new board of directors. There has been a change in the position of Director of Finance and Director of Operations and Portfolio.

Previously, Mind.ID’s Director of Finance was Devi Pradnya Paramita. Meanwhile, Danny Pradity is the Director of Operations and Portfolio.

Meanwhile, Mind.ID has also announced their replacements, namely Dilo Seno Widagdo as Director of Portfolio and Business Development and Akhmad Fazri as Finance Director of Mind.ID.

In the upload, Mind.ID also wrote Mind.ID’s new board of directors. “Happy Duty, Work, and Carry Out the Trust to the Directors of PT Mineral Industri Indonesia (Persero),” wrote the account.

Meanwhile, Mind.ID has also changed its company name announced at the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) at the Ministry of BUMN, Tuesday (21/3/2023). Namely from PT Inalum (Persero) to PT Mineral Industri Indonesia (Persero).

Mind.ID under the name PT Inalum has been used since 2017. At that time the company carried out two functions as a holding and aluminum smelting operation.

With the new name. Mind.ID will focus on holding companies. Meanwhile, Inalus is more focused on developing national aluminum downstream.
