TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Constitutional Court spokesman (MK) Fajar Laksono stated that the final trial of the president of 2019 electoral dispute the trial which was to take place on Friday 28 June could be accelerated. This, he added, depends on the judges.
"Is it possible to speed up the verdict? Is, if everything (things) are considered complete and ready, the program can be accelerated before June 28, 2019", said Fajar in the MK building, Central Jakarta, Monday 24 June.
According to Fajar, the agenda for public electoral litigation proceedings had been established for a week from Friday, June 14th and had led to a series of facts, both on the plaintiff and the defendant.

Fajar said nine judges are currently conducting a meeting or RPH, discussing all the facts based on the hearings and collected evidence. "The RPH agenda is closely monitored. From today morning, the meeting is favorable. In addition to the judges, several employees took the oath in the agenda," he added.
Based on the regulation, MK is excluded from the release of the meeting result without prior notification to related parties in at least three days. Related parties are Prabowo Subianto – Sandiaga A campaign team (BPN), Jokowi – Ma & # 39; ruin Amin campaign team (TKN), Election Commission (KPU) and Election Supervisory Board (Bawaslu).
The declaration will be displayed through MK official site regarding the verdict trial program.
Fajar said he still needs to know when today's meeting will end, considering that it depends on the dynamics of the judges' discussion of the facts.
