This anticyclonic situation will favor the “veranillo de San Miguel”, also known as “veranillo del quince” and which usually occurs around September 29, to arrive one year more punctually for its appointment.

This Monday will be a calm day, with some light rain in the northwest of Galicia and with temperatures rising in most of the country and in capitals such as Badajoz, Córdoba, Granada or Seville they will reach values ​​between 33 to 35 degrees; On Tuesday the maximum temperatures will exceed 25 degrees in most of the territory and again 30 degrees in the southern half.

However, the Aemet spokesperson detailed, early mornings will still be cool in areas of the northern plateau and central moorswhere it will be around 10 degrees early in the morning, like in Palencia or Teruel.
