Movistar customers in Spain already have the possibility to load their purchases of digital content from Epic Games (games, battle passes or coins of the different titles, such as “turkeys” in Fortnite) directly on your mobile bill, thanks to the agreement reached between Telefónica and the American video game developer.

Operation of Movistar Online Payments it’s easy, comfortable and safe, and does not require any login or share personal information or provide bank details to complete the process. Movistar offers this service to its clients for free at no additional cost, paying only for the content they obtain.

The agreement between both companies makes Telefónica the first operator in the world to launch this service with the US company. The alliance will allow additional marketing activations and the generation of shared content.

In a first phase, This service will only be available to Movistar customers in SpainWhile both companies are working to launch it in other countries in Europe and Latin America where the telco operates.
