The new generation Levorg station wagon, built on the Subaru Impreza platform, was shown in Tokyo this January, but then the car is in prototype status. The novelty was the first model of the brand, equipped with electronically controlled shock absorbers with adjustable stiffness level and a switch drive profiles Drive Mode Select. Depending on the selected mode, the settings for the engine, suspension, power steering and all-wheel drive transmission are changed.
The model is based on the scalable architecture of the Subaru Global Platform, and the wagon is driven by a 1.8-liter boxer turbo engine. The power of the installation has not been officially announced, but it is expected that the base engine will produce about 200 horsepower. The STI version will receive a 300-horsepower 2.4-liter unit.
