News, Romerike | Only three municipalities have local measures

As the country reopened on Saturday at 4 pm, there were only three municipalities left in the country that had introduced local measures: Ullensaker, Lørenskog and Marker.

In Lørenskog, there is a requirement for face masks where it is not possible to keep a distance of one meter in public transport, as well as in taxis.

– There will be a case to the presidency meeting on Wednesday to repeal the local regulations. We are preparing for a full reopening, and there is no need for local measures. So we have therefore proposed to repeal the measures on Wednesday, says mayor Ragnhild Bergheim (Labor) to Romerikes Blad.

In Marker, fully vaccinated close contacts within school, kindergarten and health service must be tested on day one and day three and will not go to work until the answer to the last test is ready. In addition, face masks are recommended in the health service.

Ullensaker lies according to VG to be the last municipality to maintain local measures after Wednesday next week. The municipality has introduced a bandage at Oslo Airport Gardermoen.

– It will continue to apply. There we have had a dialogue with FHI through FHI with the municipal superior. We have come to the conclusion that it is proportionate to continue somewhat longer, says mayor of Ullensaker municipality Eyvind Jørgensen Schumacher (Labor) to the newspaper.
