Superstar Paris Saint-Germain Neymar reiterated his desire to leave the club in a brief meeting with sporting director Leonardo, sources told ESPN FC.
The meeting took place after the Brazilian international had announced a preseason workout Monday, a week after his return to the French capital.
As indicated by his father last week, Neymar returned to the French champions' Camp des Loges training center after fulfilling his commitments at home, with Leonardo reminding the player of the disappointment of PSG for his slowness and consequent taking of position.
Neymar and Leonardo have spoken several times on the phone since the latter's return as sporting director at the beginning of this month, and the player's father also told PSG executive that his son wants to go out, but ESPN FC sources have said that the first time a speech was made face to face on Monday.
Although Neymar has not trained with his teammates and is not scheduled for Tuesday's friendly against Dynamo Dresden in Germany, the 27-year-old has done a fair amount of work in the gym and should undergo further tests while his teammates go to Rudolf Stadium in Harbig.

The sources also revealed that the Barca feels that it is still possible to bring the South American after signing Antoine Griezmann for 120 million euros last week. Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu had previously stated that he was aware that Neymar wanted to leave, but that PSG did not want to sell it.
Meanwhile, super agent Pini Zahavi continues to work hard Philippe CoutinhoAgent Kia Joorabchian in trying to ensure that a possible switch has the greatest chance of happening.
Elsewhere, the signing of Abdou Diallo should be made official by the Ligue 1 giants on Tuesday after the 23-year-old suffered his medical examination in advance of his € 32 million move proposal from Borussia Dortmund.
