E3 2019 is almost in sight, and Nintendo has now detailed all of the Switch games that will lead to this year's show. We had already known many, but there are one or two surprising titles – and a notable omission – of which we were not aware.
In a press release, Nintendo confirmed that it is bringing Pokemon Sword and Shield to the E3 show floor. It was predictable, after the recent Pokemon Nintendo Direct stream, in which we discovered the release date of Sword and Shield, the details of the story and more.
Furthermore, the owner of the platform has declared Luigi's Mansion 3, The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening and Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order will all be playable on Nintendo Switch. There is no mention of the next Animal Crossing for Switch, which has yet to be revealed correctly, but Nintendo says that "other games" not listed in its press release will be reproducible at its stand.
Other Switch games we already knew about attending E3 include Doom Eternal, FIFA 20 and Fortnite. We could see more revelations during Nintendo's E3 Direct presentation, even though the company's E3 plans include more than just a press conference.
While Nintendo is playing his cards close to his chest for now, many other editors and developers have confirmed much more. For more E3 coverage, be sure to check out the entire E3 conference program and our list of all confirmed games to appear at E3 2019.
