In recent weeks, the details and images of Huawei's new flagship P30 series have emerged several times. Now Winfuture has released almost all the specifications of the two smartphones – the surprises won't happen on March 26th in Paris. The top of the range P30 Pro has a 6.47 inch display with a resolution of 2,340 x 1,080. The resolution is lower than that of the Mate 20 Pro, which offers a resolution of 3,120 x 1,440. The edges of the P30 Pro are rounded and the front camera is housed in a drop-shaped notch. Miss Mate facial recognition is missing, so there is no space here. As seen above on the photos – or simply no – the headset on the P30 Pro is also missing. Huawei is probably in sound-on-display mode, where the sound is reproduced directly from the display through vibrations.

Much speculation has already been made on the P30 Pro camera. According to the leak, it is a main sensor with 40 megapixels and optical image stabilization. The maximum aperture should be at f / 1.6. Also, c & # 39; is a 20 megapixel camera with wide-angle lens and f / 2.2. The third objective is a zoom with a periscopic technique. The focal length converted into the 35mm format should be 135mm. A 10-fold hybrid zoom is available via software. Huawei also uses a time-of-flight (ToF) camera to measure objects in the room. Even in low light conditions, the ToF camera can help with the autofocus.

The Huawei P30 is also based on an OLED display, here in the size of 6.1 inches. The resolution is 2,340 x 1,080 pixels. The notch is the same, but there are no arched sides. No more sound-on-display. The resolution of the front camera is 32 megapixels for both smartphones. On the back of the normal P30 it also has a 40 megapixel camera, the largest aperture is here at f / 1.8 and the optical image stabilization is missing. Behind the wide-angle lens is the P30, a sensor with 16 megapixels. There is also an 8 megapixel camera with f / 2.4. Depending on the loss, you can use the same 5x hybrid zoom, which was the P20 Pro.

Same process, different storage variants

Both smartphones naturally use the same Huawei Kirin 980. The P30 Pro has 8 GB of RAM and is available in versions with 128 GB, 256 GB and 512 GB memory. The P30, however, has 6 GB of RAM and should be available in Europe only with 128 GB of memory. The memory can be expanded with Huawei's Nano Memory Card.

The P30 Pro battery has a power of 4,200 mAh and can be charged quickly with a 40-W power supply. The P30 has a 3,650 mAh battery. It is not yet known if a fast charge technology is available here. A headphone jack is only available with the normal P30.
