Orange has registered a growth of just 0.1% in Spain in the third quarter of the year to enter 1,179 million eurosafter the collapse of the wholesale business, with a drop of more than 10%, and the slowdown in the increase in income from the sale of terminals, which remained at a year-on-year increase of 4.4%.

The French company has entered 3,500 million euros in the first nine months of the year, 1.6% more than in 2022 at this point, thanks to the good performance of its division for individuals, which increases its contribution by 1.8% and which reported a growth of 2.4 % in the third quarter, being positive news for the group.

The company also insists on its confidence to close the merger with MásMóvil in the first quarter of 2024, after receiving the green light from the European Commission before the end of the year.

This improvement in billing in the competitive individual segment is mainly due to the fact that Customers are paying an average monthly price (ARPU) 2.6 euros more expensive than the previous year up to 56.1 euros in convergent packages (which include television).

At a commercial level, the company has given up 20,000 lines in the convergent field, but has added customers for both mobile and television services, where it has added 159,000 customers.
