Manchester City coach, Pep Guardiola, revealed the reasons behind the failure of The Citizens to recruit Harry Kane.
However, the offer was flatly rejected by the Spurs chairman, Daniel Levy.
Daniel Levy also confirmed that Spurs had no intention of selling Kane.
The England striker announced that he would stay at Spurs via his personal Twitter account following the match against Wolverhampton in the second week Premier League 2021-2022 at Molineux Stadium, Sunday (22/8/2021).
Kane also said he was amazed by the support from the Spurs fans.
“It’s amazing to see the response fans Spurs on Sunday and received the messages of support I’ve read in the last few weeks,” Kane tweeted as reported by BolaSport.com from the striker’s Twitter account.
