Pochta Rossii intends to increase the salaries of 210,000 employees in its main production by 20% and bring them to market in a year and a half. "We have developed a program that will affect 210,000 employees of the company for such professions as postal operator, postman, we plan to increase wages by 20%. To this end, 11.5 billion rubles will be invested in the fund wages, "he said.
In the development strategy of the Post Office of Russia for the period up to 2018, it was stated that by the end of this period the number of employees would be 290 thousand people.
Wage increases, according to Podguzov, will begin on May 1st in 17 Russian regions. For a year and a half, Pochta Rossii expects to bring the wages of this category of workers to market levels.
