For a few days we have been witnessing a bit of media frenzy in the UK about a pair of sandals for sale at Primark that many believe are practically the same to a pair of Prada sandals. The first pair costs £ 8 while the Prada one costs £ 420.
It seems, according to the newspapers, that once they noticed the fact that the sandals were the same, many rushed to buy Primark’s sandals. I am not an expert on sandals, but also from the photo it is clear that sandals are not the same. The quality of Prada can also be seen in the photo.
On the other hand it is understood that if a pair of sandals costs £ 8 it cannot be the same as a pair which costs £ 420.
While I would never spend £ 420 on a pair of sandals no matter who they are signed by, it seems obvious to me that Primark they are the same they are for the look. Undoubtedly, however, if someone wants cheap black sandals now in late summer, Primark’s are an option, but let’s not pretend that they are exactly like those of Prada.
