Football5Star.com, Indonesia – PSSI has just announced a collaboration with the National Police regarding the implementation permit and this could be a ray of light for Liga 1 2021-22. According to the chairman of PSSI, Mochamad Iriawan, one of the points of cooperation is the matter of holding national and international competitions.
In this collaboration, PSSI and the National Police Headquarters are not only concerned with issuing recommendations to granting permits for a match. But there is also cooperation on security assistance, law enforcement, health and foreign relations.
The cooperation is stated in Number: 12/PSSI/VII-2021 and Number: PKS/27/VII/2021. The cooperation was signed by the General Chairperson of PSSI, Mochamad Iriawan with the Assistant Chief of Police for Operations (Asops Kapolri) Inspector General of Police Drs Imam Sugianto.
Of course, this is a positive signal from the Police regarding their support for League 1 2021-22. Iriawan said that the League 1, League 2 and Elite Pro Academy competitions were issued by the National Police Headquarters based on recommendations from the local Polda/Polres/Polresta/Polrestabes.

Liga 1 itself is planned to be rolled out in mid-August. It is hoped that the competition plan will continue after previously being postponed on July 9 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
