R. Kelly should not leave prison where coronavirus prevails Entertainment

Kelly suggested house arrest with ankle strap instead of the cell. That was rejected by the judge because in the prison where the singer is detained, no one has yet been infected with the corona virus. In many other American prisons, several people have been infected.

The New York prosecutor who is hearing the case against the singer said he was complained a day earlier and therefore asked the judge not to comply with Kelly’s request.

R. Kelly is on remand in a Chicago prison. He has been charged with racketeering, sexual abuse and possession of child pornography.
