Jakarta (ANTARA) – The realm cellphone brand stated that they no longer continued with several cellphone models circulating in Indonesia, some of which were included in the C series line.
“Recently we have been updating series C,” said Palson Yi, Marketing Director of Realm Indonesia, during an online press conference, Friday.
At the press conference, Yi said that he would no longer continue production for the C2, C3 and 5i phones, one of which was because these phones had been updated to the C11, C12 and C15 models.
“Realme C11 is an upgrade from C2. C2 has expired, we are not producing anymore,” said Yi.
Since Realme launched the C11 in Indonesia last June, Yi said the market response was very good, the product was the main choice or top choice for consumers.
“Likewise after C15,” said Yi, regarding the cellphone launched in Indonesia last July.
Yi said the sales of the two phones were up over time, the C11 sales beat the C2 while the C15 passed the 5i model.
“The performance of these two models is quite good,” said Yi.
The price ranges and specifications of the three phones in the C series are similar, however, Realme believes there is no overlap between the C11, C12 and C15.
“Consumers can choose according to their needs and budget, “said Realme Indonesia Public Relations Manager, Krisva Angnieszca at the same event.
The C11 comes with a large 5,000mAh battery for Rp1,499,000, while the 6,000mAh C15 starts at Rp1,999,000.
The recently launched C12 retails for Rp1,899,000 on 6,000mAh battery.
