JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The electability of the PDI-P presidential candidate, Ganjar Pranowo, is slightly superior among female voters, compared to General Chair of the Gerindra Party, Prabowo Subianto.
The results of the Kompas Research and Development survey on April 29-May 10 2023 show that 20.8 percent of female voters will choose Ganjar as a presidential candidate if general elections are held during the survey.
“Despite experiencing a slight decline, in the group of female voters, Ganjar Pranowo is still in the top position with 20.8 percent electability. This figure has decreased by 0.3 percent from the January 2023 survey,” wrote Kompas Research and Development, quoted from the Thursday edition of Kompas Daily (25 /5/2023).
The decline in the electability of Ganjar among female voters has resulted in the difference in the electability rate between the governor of Central Java and Prabowo being narrowly adrift or still within the margin of error of approximately 2.83 percent.
Prabowo, who is in second place, has an electability of 19 percent among female voters.
