On the eve of the event Capcom of the Tokyo Game Show, which will take place on September 30, a new edition of Resident Evil 3. Considered by many one of the most “niche” games in the series, something hidden between Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil 3 Remake arrived in 2020, a year after the Resident Evil 2 remake. Despite having Jill and Nemesis as claims and demonstrating, once again, what the RE Engine is capable of, the game did not have as much good reception like the last installments of the saga, nor did it have additional content. However, fans could be in luck because a possible Resident Evil 3 Nemesis Edition and these would be their covers.

Along with the expected next-generation graphical improvements, the highlight is that the game would feature new areas, enemies and scenes. Perhaps Capcom has listened to user criticism and includes forgotten parts of the original game, such as the mythical clock. The standard edition will come at a predictable price of € 69.99 and the Deluxe Edition will do so at € 79.99. Although we still have to wait for the official confirmation, the truth is that Resident Evil 3 did not have extended versions, so perhaps Capcom wanted to give it a second chance and take advantage of the Resident Evil Village sales vein to relaunch this installment.
