The British band Archive has released on the occasion of their 25th anniversary under the title “25” a new double CD, which is also available on vinyl and in digital formats.
It includes both well-known songs as well as previously unreleased material of the Londoners. The first single from “25” released archives in early February – “Remains Of Nothing” is a cooperation with the rock duo Band Of Skulls.
Since their debut “Londinium”, archives have recorded twelve studio albums and several live albums featuring a mix of trip hop, post rock and indie rock. Throughout Europe, founded in 1994, the music group celebrated successes. Her biggest hits include the songs “Bullets,” “Fuck U,” “Again,” and “Nothing Else,” all on the new compilation. “25” also appears as a deluxe version in a boxset with a lot more songs.
Especially in Germany, archives have earned a loyal fan base in the 25 years of their existence. That's why the British music group will be holding eight concerts in Germany on their forthcoming European tour in September and October – in Mannheim (19.9.), Essen (20.9.), Berlin (21.9.), Munich (22.9.), Hamburg (21.10. ), Leipzig (29.10.), Stuttgart (30.10.) And Cologne (31.10.).
