Madero’s chief of public health, Pedro Ramos, acquitted Portuguese striker Cristiano Ronaldo, who went to training despite a quarantine introduced because of the coronavirus pandemic. His words are quoted by The Sun.
He commented on photographs showing Ronaldo conducting a lesson at a local stadium. “All residents can leave their homes if they maintain a safe distance. That is why Ronaldo does what we see in the photo, ”said Ramos. He added that Ronaldo does not have special permission for training on the street.
At the same time, in separate pictures it is seen how a football player violates social distance. “The best player in the world should set an example for others, but it seems to me that Ronaldo spent a little time training, so that his actions did no harm to anyone,” concluded Ramos.
On April 9, it was reported that Turin Juventus could part with Ronaldo because of the need to stabilize its financial situation. One of the contenders for the striker is Real Madrid.
Ronaldo is on the island of Madeira with his family. Previously, he refused to return to the location of Turin, because he decided to isolate himself during the coronavirus pandemic.
