Riski said, children in the first year of life to old age are encouraged to move to do physical activity, physical exercise, and exercise properly, correctly, measured, regularly or BBTT.

“Well the intention is done in accordance with the condition (medical physical condition),” explained Riski.

“Done right, there are stages from heating to cooling,” he added.

Physical activity must also be measured. One of them is by looking at the duration. The recommended duration is at least 30 minutes each time physical activity. This should also be done regularly, at least 3 to 5 times a week.

“These are simple principles that can be done so that people remain productive even when their age increases,” said Riski.
