In Turkey, a 12-year-old Russian girl fell into a coma, suffocating in the pool of one of the hotels. About this reported Fontanka, information confirmed by RBC at the General Consulate of Russia in Antalya.
According to Fontanka, the incident occurred at the Sunhill Hotel in Bodrum. According to her mother, the girl dived and her hand was sucked into a tube through which water circulated in the pool. The child's father and other guests tried to pull the girl's hand, but were unable to do so, even when the hotel staff turned off the work pump. "Then he and seven other people broke his pipe and took out [the girl] along with a piece of pipe on his arm," the child's mother told Fontanka.
