After the possibility of registering loan for use contracts via the web, the Revenue Agency has given the go-ahead to the same online possibility also for preliminary sales contracts.
Up to now, for the registration of these contracts it was necessary to go to a territorial Revenue office within 30 days from the date of stipulation of the deed; now instead, with the approval of the additional module of the model for the “Registration of private deed” (RAP), it will be possible to do it directly from your computer, together with the attachments, such as the contract and any plans. With subsequent measures by the tax authorities, the new registration method will be progressively extended to other private deeds.
