KOMPAS.com Samsung is known to be preparing its newest middle-class cellphone, namely the Galaxy F14. This phone will launch on March 24 in India.
Even though it hasn’t been launched yet, some of the mid-range smartphone specifications have also been confirmed by Samsung.
The Samsung Galaxy F14 actually has specifications similar to the Galaxy A14 5G. It’s just that the Galaxy F14 phone only has two cameras on its back, unlike the Galaxy A14 5G which is equipped with three cameras.
Not only that, the Galaxy F14 has a larger battery capacity than the Galaxy A14 5G.
According to the official Samsung India website, the Samsung Galaxy F14 will carry a 6.6-inch screen with Full HD Plus resolution and a protective layer of Gorilla Glass 5.

There is no mention of the refresh rate that this mid-range cellphone has, but leaks from the unboxing video by YouTuber technology reviewer, TechBar, show that the Galaxy F14 has a refresh rate of up to 90 Hz.

In the middle of the PLS LCD screen, there is a notch resembling a water drop which contains a selfie camera with a resolution of 13 MP.
Moving to the back, there are two cameras arranged vertically, namely a 50 MP main camera and a 2 MP macro camera.
For the kitchen sector, the Galaxy F14 will be driven by an Exynos 1330 chipset with a 5 nm fabrication that supports 5G connectivity. This cellphone will be equipped with 6GB of RAM and can be expanded via Virtual RAM up to 6GB, as well as 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage media.
As for power, the Samsung Galaxy F14 is supported by a 6,000 mAh capacity battery with 25 Watt fast charging technology, in contrast to the Galaxy A14 5G, which is equipped with a 5,000 mAh capacity battery and supports 15 Watt fast charging.

Supporting features for the Samsung Galaxy F14 include the Android 13 operating system (OS) polished with the One UI 5.0 interface (UI), support for Android OS updates up to two times, guaranteed security updates up to four times, side fingerprint scanner, card slot. dual-SIM, microSD slot, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.2, USB Type-C port and 3.5 mm headphone jack.
The Samsung Galaxy F14 seems to be marketed in India in three color variants, namely black, green and purple. This cellphone is expected to be priced at 15,000 Rupees (around Rp. 2.7 million), as summarized by KompasTekno from GSMArena, Wednesday (22/3/2023).
