The Galaxy Fold includes a processor with internal memory of 512GB and 12 GB of RAM for better performance. With a dual battery system, the device offers autonomy throughout the day and can even charge a second device, such as the Galaxy Buds or the Galaxy Watch Active 2, thanks to the Wireless PowerShare function.

“With this launch, Colombian users can access a new category of smartphones that will set the trend in the next decade and that once again make the impossible possible,” said Pablo Gómez, Director of Mobile Phones at Samsung Colombia.

The phone comes with Android 10 to offer resizable activity, multi-resume functionality, and an updated Android emulator to help support transition across various screen types. In this way, the door is opened to the future optimization of folding devices.

Galaxy Fold buyers will get personal delivery to the customer’s preferred location, accompanied by an advisor who will guide the transfer of files from the previous device and resolve all concerns.

In addition, Galaxy Fold users will have priority and personalized attention 24/7 through Samsung Club, an exclusive service that has a team of experts to answer questions or attend to any situation through call or chat, as well as perform a Remote diagnostics, all to ensure performance is always at its best.

Buyers will also have one-time insurance that will replace the computer screen in the event of accidental breakage for up to one year.
