The search for underage siblings from Jihlava, which set off on Tuesday evening, had a happy ending. Police released detailed information on Wednesday.
On Tuesday, the police in the Vysočina region launched an extensive search for a pair of children from Jihlava, a six-year-old girl and a nine-year-old boy. You finally managed to find them.
The situation was complicated by the fact that the children had a father in the hospital. Police called the families of friends of the lost children. It was thus possible to find out that the siblings were accompanied by an unknown minor girl.
Thanks to a detailed description of the children and further investigation, the police found out that the siblings were on their way by train from Prague to Havlíčkův Brod and that they were accompanied by a twelve-year-old friend. The trio were then picked up by police at the nearest railway station.
“The initial investigation managed to find out during the night that the twelve-year-old girl wanted to make both children, her friends, happy, so she picked them up yesterday morning and took them on a trip to Prague, where they took the morning train. they found them on the train, they were already on their way back, “police spokeswoman Dana Čírtková described the girl’s motives on Wednesday.
After finding them, the police allowed the siblings and their friend to inspect the police cars on the premises of the regional directorate and then handed them over to their families.
