Kiev – One month after his election, Volodymyr Selenskyj will become the new President of Ukraine today. The former comedian wants to take the oath of office at a solemn session of parliament and then take over the business of Petro Poroshenko. In addition several foreign state guests are expected. Germany is represented by the former Federal President Christian Wulff. According to Ukrainian media, representatives of Russia were not invited. Selenskyj has no majority in parliament to enforce reforms.
