Prevent breast cancer
Although cancer can appear unpredictably, it can give rise to specific clinical signs that must be identified early. Indeed, the earlier the diagnosis is established, the more the chances of recovery increase. In addition, as indicated by the WHO, the prevention of breast cancer is based on a healthy lifestyle. Thus, doing regular physical exercise, adopting a balanced diet, reducing alcohol consumption, monitoring your weight and limiting smoking are all actions that help prevent disease.

In addition, the National Cancer Institute advises women to go to a health professional for a palpation of the breasts from the age of 25 years. After 50 years, it is recommended to get tested every two years to detect the disease as early as possible.
