Skoda continue to keep your attention on his new electric SUV ENYAQ iV that will officially debut on September 1st. The manufacturer has shared some teaser images of the car design. These are not, however, real photos but drawings and as often happens in these cases, the shapes are often “extreme” to enhance some aspects.
Karl Neuhold, head of design at Skoda, tells how the SUV will be characterized by “balanced and dynamic proportions”. Also, thanks to the use of the MEB modular platform of the Volkswagen Group it was possible to design the car by optimizing aerodynamics, so much so that the Cx is 0.27. In addition, the front section and the elongated roof line create a dynamic whole and allow for maximum living space.
The interiors also benefit from the long wheelbase of the MEB platform and the presence of a flat floor. The trunk, on the other hand, will be able to offer 585 liters of capacity. The cockpit will also be characterized by the presence of a 13-inch display for connected infotainment. To enhance the sustainability of the car, the interior was made with natural and recycled materials. ENYAQ iV, please note, will be offered in different variants with amaximum autonomy up to 500 Km second the WLTP cycle (Here our guide).
To find out all the details of this model, all that remains is to wait for the launch event on September 1st.
