SpaceX did not launch Starship for Mars flight

The American company SpaceX was unable to test the reusable Starship spacecraft for a flight to Mars. This is the tenth prototype of the Starship spacecraft, which is being tested by Elon Musk’s company.

The prototype ship was supposed to jump 10 kilometers from the SpaceX site, which is located in Texas, but the engines did not start. After the countdown was complete, the ship’s engines released a large cloud of smoke, but there was no flame and the rocket remained in place.

The company plans to test the engines, but a relaunch is unlikely to take place today.

The Starship, developed by Elon Musk, will be designed for flights to Mars and the Moon. It is designed for 100 astronauts.

Later, a spokesman for the SpaceX team said that in two hours the company plans to try again to launch the Starship prototype. The first launch was urgently canceled immediately after the engines were started.
