LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) – Do you want to try pizza with spaghetti?
Domino hopes you will, at least if you live in New Zealand.
The pizza giant collaborated with food producer Wattie's to launch a new limited-edition "Hawaiian Spaghetti Pizza". The pizza contains canned pasta, pieces of pineapple, glazed ham and mozzarella and will cost $ 7.99.
"This is not a joke!" Domino & # 39; s New Zealand published on Facebook. "We have officially added the Hawaiian SPAGHETTI pizza to our menu for a limited time only, with the help of our friends from Wattie's NZ! (This time there is no April Fools)."
The comments on the post were mostly positive.
"I made my pizzas using spaghetti and pineapple … I love it!" published Raine Walton.
"How long this is! !! So so sharp, thanks for listening to Domino !!!" posted Jessica Vance.
"Why stop at spaghetti? BREAD BEANS ON PIZZA 🍕 DICO !!!!" said Traci Johannessen.
But not everyone was on board with pasta making.
"Ummm no thanks, spaghetti doesn't belong to a pizza !!" said Rosie Matthew.
"I prefer to lick the floor of a bus," added Tom Flynn.
