Sparta brought a young forward Goljan from Žilina

Sparta brought a 20-year-old striker, Adam Goljan, from Žilina. The Slovak national team under 21 will work in the second league B-team. Letenští informed about it on the club website.

“Adam comes to us with a perspective for the future, so he will now join the talented players in the B-team. It’s a wing that is comfortable with play on both sides. It meets the attributes we like to see in Sparta in wing players,” said the sports director of Prague’s Tomáš Rosický.

Goljan has spent his entire career in his native Žilina. His father led the Spartan defender David Hanck there as a coach in the past. In August, Goljan briefly introduced himself as a substitute player in the unsuccessful double match of the final 4th round of the European Conference League with Jablonec.

“I am very glad that I was able to come to Sparta. It is a big club, not only in the Czech Republic but also in Europe. I believe that I will be successful here and I will show what is in me. I like Sparta, not only football, but and the environment of the club and the way it looks outside. That attracted me. I hope I will succeed. “ uvedl Goljan.

“I believe that I can settle in the first team as well. I want to grow here, move forward, help the club. First of all, I want to get to the top and then help the club to succeed,” dodal Goljan.
