First-person shooter (FPS) Metro: Last Light is available for free on Steam! the developer 4A Games announced, this Tuesday (16), that it will make a free distribution, for a limited time, of the game for PC, through Steam. The action is part of the celebration of the title’s 10th anniversary, originally released in 2013.

The announcement was made on social media, revealing that the title will be free between 18 and 25 May. “Immerse yourself in the year 2034 — you are the last light in the darkest hour,” the post reads. “To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Metro: Last Lightthe original Complete Edition of the 2013 game will be available for free on Steam from May 18-25.”

Released in 2013, Metro: Last Light is part of Deep Silver’s famous franchise.

It is worth noting that, from what the post implies, the distributed version will be the original, Metro: Last Light Complete Edition, which was removed from the store after the release of the edition Reduxfrom 2014.
