The chain of bazaars of German origin Tedi, with a presence in most of the Spanish territory and several stores in the Balearic Islandshas launched a consumer alert to inform that it is withdrawing one of its toys from the market after detecting a “high risk of flammability.”

As reported by the Extremadura Consumers Union, it is a bear mask which has been on sale in the chain’s stores between September 14, 2022 and November 3, 2023.

The affected item numbers are 37376003081000000600 and 25918003081000000500.

The store chain advises against continuing to use this product due to its “risk” of fire.

In this sense, it recalled that, despite the “extensive controls” carried out by its quality management service and by external control institutes, “it may be the case” that the items for sale “do not correspond ” with its “strict quality requirements.
