The ball is in Barcelona’s court. Dembele agrees to renew and awaits the Catalan club’s response

The French player agreed to the terms of Barcelona.

Press reports revealed that Barcelona’s French player, Osman Dembele, who has been without a contract since the beginning of the current season, has finally agreed to renew the Catalan club.

This came according to what was stated by journalist “Samuel Mardsen” working for the network “ESPN”, who confirmed that things now depend on Barcelona itself.

The journalist did not explain the reason for the postponement of the Catalan club’s decision to resolve the process of renewing Dembele, whether it was until the position of the economic levers was determined or for the Rafinha deal.

At the same time, press reports today from the newspaper “Mundo Deportivo” confirmed that the club is considering renewing Dembele or withdrawing the offer and offering a better offer in order to include the Brazilian from Leeds.

It all comes as Barcelona start announcing new season deals after announcing Andreas Christensen and Franck Kissier this week.

The Catalan club is seeking to resolve several deals during the coming period, but before that they will have to activate more economic levers.

It is worth noting that Barcelona is trying to include Jules Conde from Seville, Robert Lewandowski from Bayern Munich, in addition to Marcos Alonso from Chelsea and others.
