Do not look any further. The best cake in the world can be enjoyed in Ain. Daniel Gobet, catering manager at Divonne-les-Bains, won the title of world champion in the discipline on Monday evening
during a competition organized by the Chapoutier house. It happens to the Japanese Chikara Yoshitomi.
The jury, composed of chefs, starred or not, and Best Workers of France, had to decide thirteen candidates. The French made the difference thanks to his recipe: a paté of poultry from Bresse and canard de barbarie, with foie gras from the lands, porcini mushrooms, sweetbreads and jelly.
