Burdenko National Research Center for Neurosurgery Alexander Konovalov broadcast on the television channel Moscow 24 stated that the diagnosis of the actress Anastasia Zavorotnyuk settled in her institute, but the artist decided to undergo surgery in Germany.

"When she started the first symptoms of the disease, she went to college, we examined her, diagnosed her, but later she chose to undergo surgery in Germany. It was a successful operation. but the fact is that the operation is important, but it is not the main part of the treatment. Subsequently, additional treatment is needed, "the doctor said.

He clarified that, in addition to surgery, radiation, chemotherapy and special medicines are needed.

"These are difficult drugs that are suitable only for a specific tumor, and all this is a very expensive treatment", explained the academic.

He also added that glioblastoma is one of the most dangerous and "essentially incurable" tumors.

At the end of last month, there were reports of a sharp deterioration in Zavorotnyuk's health. Without specifying the source of information, the producer of the group "Tender May" Andrei Razin stated that the artist was diagnosed with a malignant tumor in the last stage.

Last week, Channel Five reported that Zavorotnyuk was connected to a fan. Intimate artists indirectly confirm that she was admitted to the hospital, but the actress representatives did not comment on these messages.

Last Wednesday, Komsomolskaya Pravda reported that the artist has regained consciousness and is breathing alone. However, nobody has confirmed this statement officially. Razin, in turn, said that the conditions of the actress, on the contrary, worsened.
