The flagship Xiaomi 14 Pro will have a 50 MP periscopic camera, advanced zoom in the style of the Galaxy S23 Ultra

The flagships from the Xiaomi 13 series have just arrived in Romania, but towards the end of this year the Xiaomi 14 lineup would be presented in China. Here is the first consistent leak regarding the Pro version of the series. The tipster Digital Chat Station broke the ice by posting a little tidbit about the new flagship’s camera on Weibo. According to the rumor, Xiaomi 14 Pro it will receive a 50 MP periscopic camera that will bring advanced zoom. Until now this sensor was reserved for the Ultra variants of the Chinese company’s portfolio, however. For example, the Xiaomi 13 Pro has a 50X telephoto camera that offers 3.2X optical zoom. Instead, Xiaomi 13 Ultra it comes with periscope sensor and has 5X optical zoom and up to 120X digital zoom.
