The Football Association decides to hold the postponed summit meeting in the league on February 24


The summit game between Al-Ahly and Zamalek, which was postponed from the fourth week in the Premier League, was decided on February 24, instead of 19, as was previously planned, after the Egyptian Football Association Administration Committee in its meeting today headed by Amr Al-Janayni, the agreement reached by Mohamed Fadl, a member of the committee, to establish The Egyptian Super match between Al-Ahly and Zamalek teams, in implementation of his assignment of this file by the committee.

Fadl went to the UAE on January 3, at the head of a delegation from the Egyptian Football Association, which included Hossam Al-Zanati, General Coordinator of the Super and Amr Orange match, and Yousra Sharra from the Federation’s Marketing Department, where the delegation made inspection visits to three stadiums, Hazza Bin Zayed Stadiums in Al Ain and Mohammed Bin Zayed and Abu Dhabi Sports City, where Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium was settled in Mohammed Fadl’s meeting with Aref Al-Awani, Secretary General of Abu Dhabi Sports Council, who witnessed agreement on the details of the agreement that included the match at nine in the evening of Thursday, February 20 in the presence of 37 thousand spectators, after Postponement of the summit match Between the two clubs to February 24 instead of February 19.

The match will be managed by a team of foreign referees, which will be chosen by the Egyptian Referees Committee, with VAR technology applied during the match.

The match will also be held amid celebrations in a new way, with a technical surprise that will be revealed along with the rest of the details during the press conference scheduled for this occasion on the afternoon of next Wednesday, January 15th at one of the major hotels.
