The Football Association meets the escorts of the clubs participating in the AFC Champions League

Yesterday, the UAE Football Association held a coordination meeting with the escorts of our clubs participating in the new edition of the AFC Champions League 2021, which will start from Wednesday, with the qualifying supplement matches to the group stage that will be held from 14 to 30 April.
The meeting, which was held via visual communication technology, was attended by Mohammed Abdullah Hazam Al Dhaheri, Secretary General of the Football Association, and the administrative escorts and doctors who were appointed by the federation to accompany Al-Wehda teams, Al-Ain, Shabab Al-Ahly and Sharjah to be the link between the clubs and the AFC, especially with regard to the implementation of the match operations protocol. And the medical procedures adopted within the framework of the Football Association’s keenness to provide all support to representatives of Emirati football in the Asian Championship.
The meeting discussed details of the role of escorts and their work with clubs during the Asian participation, and emphasized the implementation of all precautionary measures with the aim of the safety of members of the technical and administrative bodies and players.
