& # 39; I would never push it on my wife or my children though. I certainly was not considering it when I was 14 or 15 years old like my daughters.

"But my number one priority is that I am a father and I want to interact with my children during the family dinner.

"I still think that eating is our greatest way of interacting, so I like being together with my family and eating with them on Sundays."

Should you drink your urine?

The urine is made up of about 95% of water and 5% of nutrients including calcium and iron.

Fans of "urotherapy", a term used to describe drinking pee, include Madonna.

In 1945, John W. Armstrong, a British naturopath, published a book stating that drinking urine could cure all major diseases, but there is no scientific evidence of this.

Health expert Aisling Pigott, a dietician and spokesperson for the British Dietetic Association, says that urine contains toxins that are expelled from the body and kidneys and that therefore could be harmful and cause infection.

However, NutriCentre nutritionist Shona Wilkinson says that urine is not toxic and is sterile because it has been filtered twice – once from the liver and again from the kidneys.

The followers claim that it treats diseases when ingested and acne when used topically because of its "disinfectant" properties, and has been used in Ayurvedic and Chinese medicines.

John said: "As a bodybuilder, I was the size and height of 19 to 35 years.

"Between 35 and 40 I was no longer a bodybuilding, I was a professional coach, so I lost a lot of weight.

"Now, in my fruitful and non-alimentary lifestyle, if I go five days without food or water, I can get up to 130 pounds (9 4-pound stones).

"Then if I re-hydrate and eat on the weekends, I could get to about 150 pounds (10 10-pound stones)."

Now a weight loss trainer, John has a studio in his home where he sees customers.

Even if he has a unique diet, he tries not to introduce the consumption of urine when he meets customers for the first time.

John said: "I am a weight loss trainer, so I do online and in-studio training.

"Most of my clients come to lose weight and these things are all beneficial for weight loss, but I present them to people along the way.

I do not tell people when they arrive that they need to drink their urine or stop eating food. That's not how I start people.

"I start by making sure they follow their food, making them responsible for me. So if we are not getting the desired results, we introduce an idea, like intermittent fasting, which is currently a common trend. "
