Just Ocram Seyer has obtained contracts for 170 million pesos in 12 federal agencies, including the ISSSTE and Conagua.
While Cleaning and Maintenance Xielsa SA de C. V. -represented by Erik Reyes Saldivar, brother of the union leader – he got this year 12 million pesos in contracts with three federal agencies.
In November 2019, the SAT is included this last company in the list of taxpayers with alleged operations non-existent or simulated, also identified as companies “ghost” or “factureras”.

Mer Solutions SA de C. V., represented by another sister, Irma Lizbeth Reyes, has received contracts for 3.4 million pesos in the six units; and Rapax SA won contracts for 371.6 million pesos in eight dependencies.
“Two audits of the SAT, one of them march 2020, mentions that the union of cleaning led by Kings has received millions in transfers of two cleaning companies (Kasper and Claver) who are investigated for alleged tax evasion and for simulation of operations,” states the research.
In addition to these contracts irregular, Marco Reyes was also involved in the scheme of alleged corruption known as Capufeleaks, revealed in 2017 by MCCI, and which consisted in trafficking in confidential information in the Federal Roads and Bridges (Capufe) to give them an edge in tenders to a group of companies.
